Who says that the road towards true love is straight and even?  Sophie is certainly discovering that it is anything but.

So she has finally found the man of her dreams! Well… she knows who he is, even though she hasn’t actually quite met him yet.  But she misses her opportunity, and then her life goes crazy.  Rock star and ex-fiancé, Dan, keeps getting in the way of her new romance—even if he is just trying to be helpful.  A fire, an impromptu mini-trip with Dan, and a dreaded wedding later, Sophie is still struggling to meet the love of her life. Then, just as she is getting it together with her perfect man, best friend Rachel commits an act of unspeakable betrayal.

Sophie has had enough. Confused and distraught, she decides that it is time for radical change.  Surprising herself and shocking her friends, she embarks on a secret journey and eventually gets her life back on track.

Hi! My name is Sophie Penhalligan. I’m the ‘girl next door’ in the throes of a romantic adventure with my favorite rock star, Dan Hunter ~ yes, he of world-famous rock band Tuscq. You may have met me in the first book by Nicky Wells, Sophie’s Turn; in which case you know all about how Dan proposed and I was in agony over what to do next. Well, the story continues and the second book by my author, Nicky Wells, is now out. Sophie’s Run continues our story, and there’s some fabulous twists and turns there that I guarantee you didn’t expect.

To celebrate the launch of Sophie’s Run, we’ve been taking our readers on tour, showing them all the places Dan and I visit in the course of the books. A huge thank you to the fabulous Nova right here at MySeryniti for hosting me today to wax lyrical about one of the places on my bucket list…

I’m going to share with you some photos of a place I have never been to but would simply love to visit! No idea why, but I just have this deep yearning to go and experience the wide open spaces, blue lakes and magical forests. I’m talking about Canada! And here’s why:

Take a look at this lake. It’s Lake Louise, apparently. I mean, come on ~ have you ever seen water like this anywhere?

But of course I’d also love to visit Toronto. It’s got to be an amazing city!

 

 

Aaaaah…. *sighs wistfully* This is definitely on my bucket list, and if you have any recommendations of places I definitely must visit in Canada (or somewhere else, I can always add more places to my bucket list), I’d love to hear it.
