If you could travel in a Time Machine would you go back to the past or into the future?

The future; so I could see if the decisions I was making were the right ones!

If you were stranded on a desert island what 3 things would you want with you?

A Tablet computer with an Internet connection, a lighter and a really good knife.

What is one book everyone should read?

There is no one book everyone should read. Everybody should just read a book!

What is your favorite thing to eat for breakfast?

Baked beans and eggs. Sadly what I mostly eat is a low sugar breakfast bar that tastes like cardboard.

Night owl, or early bird?

I am very much a night owl. Any Activity before 10 in the morning should be banned 🙂 much to my families chagrin. I do try not to grump at them too much, honest.

Pet Peeves?

Hyperbole in politics and entrenched positions; it all leads to people shouting at one another and nothing being resolved.

Skittles or M&Ms?

M&M’s all the way. Especially Peanut M&Ms. Must go find some now that you have mentioned them thank you very much.

Any other books in the works? Goals for future projects?

Book two in the series is with the editor, and book three is struggling to form properly. I do have a cool Steampunk adventure in the wings, as well as about six ideas for stories.

What is your dream cast for your book?

Linda Hamilton or Jeri Ryan to play Elanore; both have the strong physical presence that would be required. For Gurt I don’t know, maybe Ryan Gosling?

What was your favorite book when you were a child/teen?

Yeah I am the stereotype for fantasy authors, with my all-time favorite book being The Lord of the Rings.

What’s one piece of advice you would give aspiring authors?

Just to write and finish the story. I spent too many years starting, then trying to edit the start and then abandoning the book.

If you could choose only one time period and place to live, when and where would you live and why?

Here and now because that’s where I am and I love it.

Do or do not, there is no try -Yoda. Hey, I’m a geek.

When you were little, what did you want to be when you “grew up”?

A writer.Can you see yourself in any of your characters?

Yes but I’m not willing to admit which bits of which ones.
