What’s happening:

Do not let the vocabulary of the synopsis fool you, learning about Quantum Entrainment or QE is not a difficult process, although you don’t hear too much about QE until page 50.  The first time you are taken through how to reach Eufeeling which is the predecessor to QE  is like a meditation technique, but not even very involved. All you need is a few minutes, and I mean just a few, every day to be able to connect. And what exactly is Eufeeling? It’s what I used to call “The Zone”. It’s the happy place, it’s where you feel at ease with everything and everyone around you. Dr. Kinslow just shows us how to get to Eufeeling effortlessly, in the blink of an eye so you can live this throughout your daily life.

Chapter one starts with an easy exercise, touching the tip of your tongue to your teeth and gums. Anyone can do that, we probably do that every day without realizing it. And that’s how this entire book evolves. Easy exercises that we already know how to do but he explains the reason behind these exercises.

We are taught that the mind knows best, but again in chapter one Dr. Winslow gives us a gold ticket. The way to get beyond your mind. To step outside, away from yourself and look at your situation differently, freeing ourselves from

damaging emotions, prejudice, slanted logic and misinformation that sways our every thought, word and action. — Eufeeling pg. 3

Innately, we know that there must be something more to life. Maybe you have asked yourself that very question in a time of quiet desperation. It usually comes in midlife, when we have aquired most of the things we desired, and still we feel an intangible emptiness, an inner incompleteness. — Eufeeling pg. 9

As you can see by the above quotes we are still in chapters 1 and 2 and we are already getting to the meat of the subject, which is why so many of us are disheartened about life. Why we don’t remember how it was like to be an innocent child looking at life through those fabulous rose colored glasses. And if we do remember, we try so hard to get that feeling back but to no avail. QE is all about getting that feeling back and more. To connect to who you really are without the worries of work, bills, etc piling up. You still have those responsibilities but he shows us how to step outside of ourselves and view life from a different perspective, realize that we are just watching a movie and these feelings that we have are all manifested by the ego. But our ego is not who we really are, it’s a fallacy that controls our minds and keeps us down, out and completely feeling defeated.

Still only a few chapters in we learn more about how our feelings affect us.

Which is more powerful? What you think or what you are? — Eufeeling pg. 19

Dr. Winslow takes us through the most basic idea of how our thoughts can be affected by how we’re feeling. You can be an logical thinker but when you’re angry, your thoughts turn angry, sad, your thoughts turn sad, happy, your thoughts turn happy, etc. Our feelings are the road map to how we think and if we are in a stressful environment day in and day out our thoughts will reflect that. And in turn our thinking, which is already being influenced affects our actions.

Even though the first portion of the book is pretty easy to understand, even if you have never heard of Eufeeling the concept is understandable. The exercises do not get more intense but the information about the exercises and why you are doing them, does! Once you’ve gotten the first few exercises done Dr. Winslow then throws a curve ball! He takes us into the meaning of QE, how we get to it and why.

QE leads common consciousness into pure awareness, and there it perceives Eufeeling. So QE is successful when it stops working.– Eufeeling pg. 49

He guides us through each exercise, explaining more as we go and showing us the way to enlightenment. And funnily enough, we are already there! He explains there is no true path TO enlightenment because we ARE enlightenment. We are there we just don’t know it, YET.

There are so many great lessons in this book! I hope you enjoy them all as I did.

My thoughts:

There is so, so, so much that I can write about this book! The above is just a glimpse of what I learned in Eufeeling. And the Euphoric feeling that you get while doing those exercises. And I believe that is the point. Feeling great and loving life. Dr. Winslow does a magnificent job at giving us a book that is not only understandable but doable! In just a few minutes you can get to your Eufeeling and in a few minutes more, every day, you can learn to live in this way.

And although I keep saying how easy this is please do not take that as it is something that is beneath you. Dr. Winslow never sounds like he’s talking to a child, he sounds like he’s trying to explain a difficult concept in a way that everyone will understand. And the fact that I found it so easy to digest is a great thing.

Easy to read, easy to understand. Although I had to go and do the exercises a few times since I was interrupted. But I strongly suggest picking this one up and finding yourself a quiet spot for just 20 minutes a day.
